SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse then processes your order the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched.
Please note that the standard delivery time of 2-5 days are estimates and may vary depending on circumstances like distance, local holidays, and any other external factors outside of Ogelyno’s, and courier’s, control.
While we always strive to have our orders delivered on time, we acknowledge that the unforeseeable is inevitable. External factors outside of Ogelyno’s and its courier’s control, such as extreme weather conditions and technical failures, are bound to occasionally cause delays, and we ask for your patience and understanding when they do.
Additionally, please note that during promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.

You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item.
Please note that products discounted under the 50% offer are excluded from this return policy, as they cannot be returned or exchanged.
The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when was received.
Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a return and full refund to be made; product(s) cannot be returned in a local retail store.
Kindly note that you may be subject for the shipping expenses in returning this package to us.
Ogelyno does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
Please note that “Complimentary” items (or any free product received as part of a promotional offer) are not eligible to be exchanged and must be returned along with the other items in your order if you are returning your order for a refund.
The campaign offer is based on the amount of the original purchase. In case of a return where you no longer fulfill the criteria for the campaign offer and the gift is being kept, the free gift will be charged.
WARRANTY AT OGELYNO
TERMS AND CONDITION
Once we have received your order we will send an electronic invoice to your e-mail address as a confirmation of your purchase. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as guarantee of proof of purchase.
PAYMENT BY CARD
Pay with your Paypal, Visa, AMEX or MasterCard securely over the Internet. Your payment is handled by Adyen with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. There is no extra charge for card payments. When paying by credit / debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, Ogelyno may automatically cancel your order.
All prices shown on the OGELYNO website, www.ogelyno.com, are including VAT, in accordance with the applicable legislation. In case an order will be shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, please note that the VAT is removed at the checkout or earlier depending on which country the product will be delivered to.
Please note that in case of an order is shipped to an delivery address outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that Ogelyno has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, Ogelyno cannot predict their amount. Ogelyno advises you to contact your local customs office for further information.
Promo Codes should be entered during the checkout process to be valid. Attempting to add a promo code after purchase will not be honored.
Orders made in another person's name without the person’s consent, will be reported to the authorities. Ogelyno holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is incorrect, this may compel Ogelyno to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time.
Consumers have the right to return the order within 30 days from receiving the order. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. If consumers use their right to send back an order they should contact Ogelyno in order to get an address to send the goods to. Return shipping is paid by Ogelyno. If you live in a geographical area where the national postal service does not offer returns, the customer may be obliged to pay for the return shipping. If an item is damaged during transport, Ogelyno should be contacted within 30 days for information about compensation.
PRIVACY AT OGELYNO
WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?
We collect personal data when you (i) Board Games, Toys, gift cards or other associated goods and/or services, (ii) sign up for news, invites and offers, (iii) request support and (iv) are browsing our website. Such personal data will include your name, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address, payment details, IP address, behavior on the website and other information that you voluntarily provide us. If we deliver a gift card (or other product) to you which is purchased by someone else than you, we process your contact details as provided by the purchaser.
PURPOSE, LEGAL GROUND AND STORAGE PERIOD
We will only use your personal data for the purposes and on the legal grounds set out below. Further, we will only use your personal data during the period set out under "Storage period", after which period your personal data will be erased.
Categories of personal data : Identity (first name and second name), delivery address/billing address, telephone number, e-mail address, order information, payment details, payment history, credit card information and payment reference number.
Storage period : We will process your personal data during the term of our contract (including the statutory warranty period of three years) and we will thereafter erase your personal data. The storage period also applies to any unsuccessful purchase due to lack of funds in your account. We also save your personal data due to legal requirements (accounting legislation) for 7 years.
If you purchase a gift card, we process your personal data as described under "Purchases" above. If you receive a gift card (or other product) which is purchased by someone else, we process your personal data as described below.
Purpose of processing : When you receive a gift card we will process your personal data to fulfil our contractual obligations towards the purchaser of the gift card and to be able to let you use your gift card for purchases of our products.
Categories of personal data : E-mail address (electronic gift cards only), shipping address and telephone number (physical gift cards only), first name and last name (optional for the purchaser to complete) and personal greeting (optional for the purchaser to complete).
Legal ground for processing : The processing is necessary for (i) our legitimate interest to comply with our obligations towards the purchaser of the gift card and (ii) our and your legitimate interest to enable you to make purchases with your gift card.
Storage period : We will process your personal data during the validity period of the gift card, we will thereafter erase your personal data. The validity period of gift cards vary, you can find information on the period applicable to your gift card on the card.
Purpose of processing : When you sign up for news, invites and offers (direct marketing), we will process your personal data to provide the services as requested by you. Our direct marketing may be based on profiling, which means that we will customize the information that you receive from us based on certain factors. We use the following types of personal data to compile a profile: your gender, your location, your previous purchases, your behavior on our website, and/or your previous behavior when receiving direct marketing from us.
Categories of personal data : Any data collected in connection with a purchase (see ”Purchases” above), e-mail address, location (based on the physical store or OGELYNO website that you use to sign up for our marketing communications), any communication sent to you, order history and the e-mails that you have clicked on and your interactions with our website if you have followed a link in any e-mails sent to you.
Legal ground for processing : The processing is necessary for our legitimate interests to maintain good customer relations.
Storage period : If you opt-out or unsubscribe from our marketing (including profiling), we will no longer process your personal data for this purpose. Unless there is another legal ground for keeping your data (such as a valid purchase contract), we will also erase your personal data if you have not actively engaged with any of our direct marketing communications for a period of thirty (30) months.
COMPETITIONS AND EVENTS
Purpose of processing : If you participate in a competition, lottery or event organized by us, we will process your personal data in order to be able to communicate with you (i) before or after participation in the competition, lottery or event (ii) for the purposes of identification and age control, or (iii) to elect a winner and to distribute the relevant benefit or price.
Categories of personal data : Depending on which type of competition, lottery or event that that you participate in, we may collect your name, e-mail address, location and date of birth, as well as your shipping address for the purposes of distributing the relevant benefit or price. More details on exactly what data we are collecting will be provided in connection with each such competition, lottery or event.
Legal ground for processing : The personal data is required for the legitimate interest we have to administrate your participation in connection with competitions, lotteries or events.
Storage period : We will keep your personal data only during the competition, lottery or event (including a possible evaluation thereof).
