For a good fifteen years, I've been an ardent gamer, dedicating myself to conquering various virtual worlds. As far as difficulty goes, I've always been a "normal" kind of player. I preferred lighter challenges that allowed me to enjoy the game without worrying too much about tough spots. But recently, I threw that mindset out the window and went all-in on the "hard" difficulty. And let me tell you, it's been a game-changer. I see games and how I play them in a completely different light now. The added challenge has opened my eyes to just how much I've been missing out on the full gaming experience. It's not like anyone else really cares, but for me, it's been a revelation. I'm having more fun than ever before. Of course, not everyone may be interested in such a hardcore experience, and that's totally fine. I respect everyone's gaming preferences. But I encourage you to try the hard difficulty setting at least once. Who knows? You might discover a whole new level of excitement and fun.

I enjoy playing challenging video games, but only until it becomes repetitive and dull. In many games, the "hard mode" setting simply involves boosting enemies' health without offering any significant increase in difficulty. As a result, players are forced to engage in tedious battles with enemies that are able to absorb a tremendous amount of damage. This undermines the fun and excitement of playing the game, which should ideally provide players with a challenging and rewarding experience.
