Lately, I've been struggling with finding motivation to get things done. Whether it's work, exercise, or just simple daily tasks, I find myself feeling stuck and unmotivated. It can be really frustrating, but I'm sure I'm not alone in feeling this way.
So, I wanted to start a conversation about what strategies you all use to find motivation when you're feeling stuck. Maybe it's setting small goals for yourself, finding an accountability partner, or just taking a break and giving yourself some time to recharge.
Personally, I've found that starting with small, achievable goals helps me build momentum and gain confidence. I also like to remind myself of why I started in the first place and what the end goal is. And sometimes, it's just about getting up and moving my body, whether that means going for a walk or doing a quick yoga flow.
